At least that is what it seems like everyone is saying. From your morning barista to your evening run to the grocery store, it seems as though not a day goes by that you will hear chatter of "the end of the world" Funny thing is, they're right! The end of the world is coming! However, it may be tomorrow, it may be 10 years from now. To understand our world today it helps to have a bit of understanding of "Mob Mentality" One, then two, then thirty, then one thousand. All people who for a lack of curiosity, don't really understand what is going on. But rather than investigate and educate, they simple mash the stories they're told together with the propaganda they see on television to create some garbled up version of "the coming of days"
The most noticeable difference between those that fear the end and those whom are worried that "idiocracy" has befallen us seems to be goals. That's right, goals. Not goals of winning employee of the month but rather goals of improving the human condition. Whether through a business venture or a revolutionary product, individuals who are focused on a "better world" don't have time to swallow the "end of the world" pill.
So will something happen this month? I for one hope so. I wish something big had happened last month. Something that put to slumber the false belief that "keeping up with the kardashians" was important and awoke a sense of knowing that we all exist on a frequency that is being turned down ever so slightly on a daily basis. There is a problem with people accepting the loss of human life and destruction of our only home to turn even the slightest profit.

A simple blog.
That's all this is. Can you tell? Most are looking for something shiny, something new, something most others don't have. While on the hunt for such things, life simply passes them by. Technology is great, fascinating, creates jobs, destroys lives, a little dash of everything. You and I like to ignore the negative and share the positive. It is unfortunate however that ignorance is only bliss until reality slaps you across the face. Let's face reality, the challenging times, the opportunities to grow, the risks and failure. All in the name of simplicity. Let's face it, most people want to be successful. Successful as defined by society. A society that unarguably has more fault than perfection. So let's live life. That's all this is. Can you tell?
